I’m Sally Felton, an executive coach living in Sydney, with more than 15 years’ experience working in wide variety of businesses, large and small.
I enable clients, both corporate and private to better realise their true potential, work to their strengths and develop strategies in order to overcome their challenges. I help expose and therefore change unhelpful habits, patterns of thought and behaviour and build capability to see the world from multiple perspectives.
What is it that you’d like to change? Perhaps you’re looking for an edge, to develop your communication skills and make great leaps in your career? Perhaps you’re ready to get off the diet and exercise merry-go-round, and finally see those good habits stick around for life?
Regardless of what you’re interested in changing, coaching can help.
Coaching is both a science and an art. I take an evidence-based approach, utilising the theories and strategies from my studies in psychology to inform my practice, knowing when to challenge, when to probe, when to support and when to assure.
Coaching is a deeply personal experience that honours the uniqueness of the individual in a safe, non-judgemental environment.
Regardless of whether your goals for coaching are business- or career-related, or deeply personal, together we review these in our first meeting in order to decide on the best format for you.
I practice within the ICF (International Coaching Federation) Standards of Conduct and Ethical Guidelines and I always act with your best interests at heart.
I love helping people change for good and I look forward to meeting you.
