Over the past 15 years, I’ve coached hundreds of people within organisations and privately who are seeking a quicker, more direct, more enjoyable way to get from where they are now, to where they want to be.
People who went from a dictatorial, ineffective style of management that alienated their team and caused unnecessary stress for themselves, to a highly engaged and approachable that was far more effective at motivating their team to get stuff done.
Small business owners who went from harried, stressed and over-worked to better organised, efficient, present and relaxed.
People who went from being in between jobs to gainfully employed at a company they’d coveted for years.
People who built up their confidence to ask for that promotion and raise, and get it.
People sick of being overlooked and overheard who learnt how to ‘play’ the political landscape, build my personal ‘brand’ and negotiating tricky work-relationships to negotiate great outcomes.
People who took the leap of faith to change their behaviour from the inside out, and saw the ripple effect on their relationships, self-awareness, affect on others, and peace within themselves.

Over the last 15 years working as an executive coach, I’ve accrued a breadth of experience, working in industries spanning financial services, retail, mining, airlines, manufacturing, FMCG, engineering, construction, and IT. I’ve worked in-house, as an external consultant and as a freelance coach, at small start-up businesses through to ASX top 100 companies.
