About Sally Felton

Over the last 17 years, I’ve coached hundreds of people who are seeking a quicker, more direct, more enjoyable way to get from where they are now, to where they want to be.

Whether you’re merely curious about coaching or have worked with a number of coaches before, I’m here to help get you from where you are now, to where you want to be. Over the last 15 years working as an executive coach, I’ve accrued a breadth of experience, working with individuals, small business owners, frontline leaders right through to C-suite executives. Industries I’ve worked with span: financial services, retail, mining, airlines, manufacturing, FMCG, engineering, construction, and IT. I’ve worked with small start-up businesses through to ASX top 100 companies.

I’m fascinated by how the mind works, both for and against us and love helping people understand who they are and how they can more easily and gracefully achieve what they want.

I began my studies into psychology as an undergraduate 20 years ago and since then, have grown my knowledge through a Masters in Applied Science (Coaching Psychology) from the University of Sydney as well as a graduate certificate in change management from the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of NSW.

About 'and'

So why ‘and Executive Coaching’?
And’ expresses our interconnectedness as part of a larger system. We’re able to thrive when we appreciate that life is not just our personal perspective but instead, the interplay between people.

And’ also points to the paradoxes inherent in the human condition and our need to make peace with this if we’re to enjoy life and have fun.

I know that it’s entirely possible to be challenged and stressed and find some quiet and harmony within this. It’s possible to negotiate difficult conversations, situations and people, and thrive in chaos. When we embrace these paradoxes, our perspective, possibilities and opportunities open up

More?

I live in Sydney’s Eastern beaches with my family, I enjoy being pushed to my limits at the gym and have a new-found love for skiing. I have a young family whom I adore and in the sliver of time between caring for them and working with clients I can be found galloping through national parks with my trusty steed (and purse-drainer), Spidy.
